![]() I’m struggling to see how you didn’t know as it’s literally signed everywhere, especially upon entry into the car park. ![]() I noticed a few reviews saying they didn’t know they had to pay for parking etc. We never ate there so can’t comment on food. Oh and I didn’t realise there was a Lindt chocolate store. We never went in any more after the second one as my other half threw a tantrum and said I was just buying ‘sh**e’ noo for the sake of it! Don’t get me wrong, they sell some decent stuff if you’re into that kind of thing but after you’ve been in one, you’ve literally seen it all. the amount of kitchenware/crockery stores in one shopping centre. Only queue we waited in was for the Nike store and it was literally seconds, if that! The staff in all the stores were very attentive and polite. There’s hand sanitizer everywhere in abundance and free face masks if you forget to take your own. Was here today with my other half and found it a very positive and enjoyable experience given current situation with Covid. They had a one way system in place which I noticed most shoppers adhered to and if they didn’t, then there was staff about, redirecting shoppers. The management need to relook at the layout and if they must keep the north door locked, at least put clear signage to the only entrance at the bus stances. In addition, the route indicated to get to Prezzo/Hot Flame from the shops was by going up and then down the central staircase. They do have wheelchairs for use, but I was shopping alone and do not have enough lung capacity especially when wearing a mask, to propel myself. One suggestion I had been given when I said I could not walk all the way round was to could go up the escalator and down the stairs, neither of which is an option for me. As for the ridiculous one way system : this directs everyone right round the who!e of the ground floor (nothing to do with drumming up business?) with two lanes heading in the SAME direction from the north door towards the exit in the middle. We are a family run factory outlet selling quality clothes for all the family, at unbelievable prices. Most of the internal seating has been removed so there was nowhere to rest inside. Your Factory Outlet, Livingston, West Lothian. This meant I had to walk the length off the centre outside and again inside to get to M& S. Normally I use the door to the north of the property (near M&S outlet) but this is locked and the only entrance from the bus stances is between Wetherspoons and Prezzo, with no signage apart from on the exit only "main" door. I work in healthcare, and if I ever interacted with patients this way, I would not have a job.As someone who has limited mobility, I plan my visits here to minimise walking. Very lackadaisical response and attitude. ![]() At least make the effort to help me understand the receipt, if you don't know, at least verbally express that to me. Needless to say, this made for yet another frustrating shopping experience. Every concern or question I had, she would just stare at me like an emotionless alien pod. She had long hair and wore glasses.(Different cashier from the first time) She looked at me as if I had two heads and just did not answer. I was very confused as to why, and politely asked the young lady cashier. So, fast forward to today I go, and I realize that the item will only be returned for half the price originally charged. At the time, I thought I was just signing up for the rewards program and was reassured by the then cashier that it was not a credit card. ![]() Initially, about a month ago… I was inadvertently signed up for a credit card at an earlier date. I went today Thursday, () at 3:31:58(as shown on receipt) p.m.
